  • Perform production engineering analysis supporting Failure Review Boards (FRBs), including fault tree analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action evaluations.
  • Execute Manufacturing Readiness Assessments (MRAs) and evaluate manufacturing risks, production capacity constraints, and readiness for increased production demands.
  • Monitor supplier performance, support Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) initiatives, and provide recommendations regarding obsolescence management and industrial base health.
  • Prepare technical assessments, information papers, briefing materials, and recommendations for TAGM leadership regarding manufacturing, cost, schedule, performance, and risk considerations.

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications in a professional engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Department of War acquisition, production, or sustainment programs.
  • Experience serving as an Engineering Technical Lead or IPT Lead.
  • Experience supporting Failure Review Boards, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.
