Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. In this critical role, you'll be the analytical engine behind financial decision-making—supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights
• Partner with business units to support data-driven decision-making and financial guidance
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards
• Drive process improvements across FP&A and cross-functional collaboration
• Assist in board-level reporting and investor materials as needed

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into executive-level insights
• FP&A experience in a B2B SaaS environment with recurring revenue models
• Strong balance of detail orientation and strategic thinking—able to manage the numbers and articulate the story behind them
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and put in the time when it counts
• Ability to write SQL queries to be able to obtain data for analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate development roles
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics, including ARR, net retention, LTV/CAC, and churn
• Demonstrated ability to build and present financial models and investor-ready materials
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influence skills with C-level stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Planful, Net Suite, and Salesforce is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth, and deadline-driven environment
