At Regions, the Incentive Analyst helps to administer corporate line of business incentive plans. This position develops and provides reporting from incentive applications, with moderate supervision.
Primary Responsibilities- Conducts analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performance
- Develops models to determine incentive plan payouts
- Interacts with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design and payouts and sales performance
- May work as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issues
- Audits and validates results between the systems of record and end results as needed
- Responsible for ad hoc analysis as requested
- Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of incentive experience
- Banking experience
- Experience with Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Commissions software
- Database reporting with tools such as Crystal Reports and Structured Query Language (SQL) Reporting
- Demonstrated ability to learn software/business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Intermediate analytical skills
- Must be detail oriented, with the ability to multitask
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills and a strong working knowledge of Access and Power Point
Prior credit experience preferred for the scorecard auditing portion of this position.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations.
