Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site position based in Hoover, AL. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing individuals, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and collaborating with clients, families, and support teams to achieve therapy goals. This role includes conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing parent training, and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

Regular data analysis and progress tracking will be key components of this role.

• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis, including expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices and techniques
• Skills in Behavior Management and conducting behavior assessments
• Experience in Parent Education and collaborating with families to ensure successful implementation of behavior strategies
• Background knowledge in Psychology or related behavioral sciences
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensure in Alabama, or ability to obtain licensure
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral challenges, is highly valued
