Gentiva is seeking a Hospice Social Worker (LMSW) to provide psychosocial support within an interdisciplinary hospice team serving Washington, Clarke, Choctaw and Wilcox counties. The role is full-time with standard 8:30am-5pm hours.
The successful candidate will hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, possess current licensure, and have at least 1 year of hospice or healthcare social work experience. Bilingual skills and 3–5 years are preferred but not required.
