HRIS Specialist, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
UAH College of Business seeks an HRIS/Benefits Specialist to support cross-functional HRIS operations, benefits data, and employee services. You will manage Banner benefits, data reconciliation, and recurring HR processes while preparing for the ERP transition to Oracle.
Reporting to HR leadership, you will ensure data quality, compliance, and timely reporting, with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy across payroll, benefits, and HR data systems.
