OverviewWe are seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud Business Analyst with strong accounting and finance expertise to support our Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. This role will focus primarily on Oracle Accounting Hub design, configuration, and reporting, while collaborating with both technical and functional stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly effective at communication—able to keep diverse internal and external stakeholders aligned and informed.
Responsibilities- Support the functional and technical design of Oracle Accounting Hub, including middleware integration and data extracts from source systems.
- Configure Accounting Hub rules to ensure compliance with business and finance requirements.
- Partner with technical resources to deliver reports and solutions within Oracle Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud reports to meet operational and financial reporting needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members and external partners; ensure stakeholders are consistently updated on progress and deliverables.
- Contribute to the optimization of finance and R2R processes through analysis, configuration, and solution delivery.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle Cloud Finance modules; strong focus on Accounting Hub (Risk Management module experience is a plus).
- Solid accounting and finance background, with ability to bridge functional requirements and technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools and report creation.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to translate between business users and technical teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- Experience in life sciences or highly regulated industries is a plus.
