Help Desk Technician

Role Overview

Filterbuy is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Help Desk Technician to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and support requests, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure fulfillment equipment, and perform basic network troubleshooting.

The successful Help Desk Technician will help minimize downtime, improve user productivity, and support the continued growth of our business.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant Help Desk, IT Support, or Technical Support experience
• Proficiency troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and related peripherals
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Ethernet/CAT cabling
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and write in English

• Salary: $48-50k
• Full‑time schedule
• On‑site location in Talladega, AL
