As an SEO Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and improving the search engine rankings of our website. Working within our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to maximize our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities Keyword Research & Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify valuable search terms for target audiences and optimize content accordingly.
  • Analyze competitors keywords and strategies to identify SEO gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for effective keyword tracking and analysis.
On-Page Optimization
  • Optimize web pages, including meta tags, headers, alt tags, and URLs, ensuring content alignment with targeted keywords.
  • Improve internal linking strategies and structure to enhance site navigation and user experience.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify issues related to on-page SEO and provide actionable recommendations.
Off-Page SEO and Link Building
  • Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and website rankings.
  • Identify and reach out to relevant sites and bloggers for backlinks, guest posts, and partnerships.
  • Monitor the quality of backlinks and perform regular link audits to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
Content Strategy & Optimization
  • Collaborate with the content team to optimize blogs, articles, and website pages for SEO best practices.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new topics based on keyword research and industry trends.
  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly, and relevant content is published consistently.
Technical SEO
  • Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors.
  • Implement structured data (schema markup) to improve site visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO performance, including traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide regular insights and performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics data to continuously refine SEO strategies and optimize future campaigns.
Stay Up‑Date with SEO Trends
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Attend webinars, workshops, or training sessions as necessary to enhance SEO knowledge and skills.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to identify innovative ways to boost SEO performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of successfully improving website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
