The job:

We are seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic bridge between our functional teams and our core enterprise systems, including IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM.

This role is responsible for partnering with internal Business Process Owners and external partners to identify, research, design, test, and deploy system and process improvements across all functional areas (Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production). The position plays a key role in aligning business processes with system capabilities and driving scalable, sustainable solutions across the enterprise.

In this role, you will go beyond traditional analysis—acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and a driver of enterprise-wide transformation. You will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and lead initiatives that improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and support scalable growth across the organization. You will be expect to:

  • Partner with Business Process Owners across Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production to understand challenges and identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead the design, testing, and deployment of system and process enhancements across ERP and CRM platforms
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable technical solutions
  • Drive alignment between business processes and system capabilities to improve efficiency and data integrity
  • Lead or support ERP integrations for newly acquired companies, including cross‑functional alignment
  • Act as a subject matter expert for system capabilities, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Independently manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and business outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality, sustainable solutions

This is a high‑impact, senior‑level position—not an entry or mid‑level role. You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence decision‑making, and drive meaningful change across a growing, acquisition‑focused organization.

The skills, education and experience you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or functional ERP/CRM support role preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong hands‑on experience with IFS Cloud ERP and Salesforce CRM
  • Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or post‑acquisition integrations
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through deployment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, and Visio or similar tools
  • Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Highly self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
