- Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
- Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
- Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups.
- Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
- Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.
- Extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience and working knowledge of mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Strong ability to act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Hands‑on experience working with APIs and integrations.
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end system integrations, including microservices architectures.
- Proficiency using Jira for Agile delivery.
- Strong experience documenting requirements and system knowledge in Confluence.
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven expertise in creating high‑quality analysis artifacts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting testing and validation efforts.
- Solid understanding of data flows and business rules.
- Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
