Implementations Manager

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients from contract execution to go-live
• Lead implementations adding products and services to existing clients
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, and Accounting
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing, provider files, reports, and invoicing
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations
• Proficiency in project management tools and healthcare systems, such as EDI and claims platforms
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Collaboration and teamwork skills
• Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others
• Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting
• Strong knowledge of PPO networks and healthcare claims processes preferred
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Demonstrates expertise in healthcare implementation and client onboarding, with strong project management capabilities and proficiency in healthcare systems. Effectively manages client relationships and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality support.
