- Lead implementation of Pricefx solutions and manage end-to-end delivery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology integrations
- Develop and execute project plans using project management software
- Guide teams in creating and refining user stories and product roadmaps
- Oversee the software release life cycle and confirm timely, efficient delivery
- Conduct design workshops aligned with client needs
- Analyze system components, linkages, and interactions to optimize performance
- Coach and provide feedback to develop team members
- Address project risks and issues and facilitate stakeholder resolutions
- Promote innovative technologies and software development practices
- Validate data integrity and security within technology frameworks
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Lead teams, manage client accounts, and contribute to strategic planning and mentoring
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience with Pricefx implementation and management
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience leading design workshops for technology integration
- Experience managing software project planning and delivery
- Experience developing user stories for product enhancement
- Strategic questioning for process improvement
- Embracing change and innovation in technology delivery
- Travel up to 80%
