• Represent clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court (EOIR)
• Prepare and file applications for relief, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and habeas petitions
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on case strategy and court preparation
• Counsel and advise clients on removal defense strategies and available forms of relief
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda in support of removal defense cases
• Participate in community legal clinics and workshops
• Engage in ongoing trainings and CLEs on immigration law

• J.D. (or expected by May 2026)
• Member in good standing of a state bar or sitting for the July 2026 bar
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Strong legal writing ability
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in immigration law or working with the immigrant community is a plus
