• Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
• Maintain and repair walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas.
• Paint apartments and common areas; clean and maintain carpet, floor coverings, and furniture.
• Complete work orders timely and document safety issues and deficiencies.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning of community vehicles.
• Respond to accidents and emergencies per protocol.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
• 1-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, floor care, heating, and HVAC.
• Preferred knowledge of fire suppression & irrigation systems.
• Preferred motor vehicle maintenance ability.
• Flexible; must work evenings and weekends as needed.

This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs, pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
