At Regions, the Corporate Security Manager is responsible for leading an enterprise-wide security operations program. This role ensures the safety of personnel, protection of assets, and resilience of operations through proactive risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic leadership. Plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank’s employees, customers, assets, and reputation. Will drive enterprise-wide resilience through proactive risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate security and/or threat management framework
- Develops, implements, and manages a behavioral threat assessment program to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to the workplace
- Collaborates with HR, Legal, Facilities, and other business leaders to align security and threat mitigation strategies with organizational goals
- Conducts investigations into workplace violence, threats, and security breaches, ensuring appropriate interventions and documentation
- Leverages technology, including AI monitoring and analytics, to enhance threat detection and situational awareness
- Establishes and maintains crisis management protocols, business continuity plans, and performance metrics for operational resilience
- Promote a culture of safety through employee training, awareness campaigns, and confidential reporting mechanisms
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Psychology, or a related field
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in corporate security, threat assessment, or law enforcement, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
- Or High School Diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years of corporate security investigations or regulatory experiences, five (5) of which must be in a leadership position
- Demonstrated experience managing physical security systems, emergency response, and workplace violence prevention programs
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate security and duty of care

- Ability to align security and threat management with enterprise risk and business continuity goals
- Clear and persuasive communicator with executive presence and crisis communication skills
- Familiarity with emerging threat detection technologies, AI-based monitoring tools, and incident management platforms
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information and high-stakes situations
- Proven ability to build partnerships across departments and external agencies
- Skilled in behavioral threat assessment, data analysis, and predictive risk modeling
- Strong understanding of physical security infrastructure, emergency planning, and incident response with leadership and organizational skills.
