Lids -  - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer escalations when Store Manager is unavailable;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up;
Recruit, train, and supervise store personnel on operations and procedures;
Support in executing selling strategies to meet KPIs and sales targets while delivering customer service;
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code;
Open and close the store as required and manage cash handling and bank deposits;
Ensure inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and price changes;
Coordinate with maintenance and facilities for repairs and replenishment as needed;
Foster an inclusive, productive work environment aligned with company policies
