Openings available for 2nd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-5:30am)

Royal Switchgear (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for someone who loves machines, precision, and getting things done right the first time. If you enjoy hands-on work and keeping production running strong—this is your lane.

• Get machines up and running like a pro
• Monitor production and keep quality on point
• Read blueprints and dial in settings for perfect results
• Team up to keep operations moving with zero slowdowns

• 1+ year of machine operator experience
• Blueprint-reading skills (you know your way around specs)
• Detail-oriented mindset—accuracy matters
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
