Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
100% on-site (Madison, WI)

Located in Madison, WI, this facility features advanced mammalian cell line engineering and biomanufacturing capabilities using single-use systems to support scalable production. This 263,000 sq. ft. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility offers integrated formulation and analytical services to address complex development challenges in Biologics.
The Role- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, including the scheduling and review of the cycle count and physical inventory programs.
- Work in and communicate with both office and plant environments equally well.
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock, including identifying, investigating, and correcting inventory discrepancies.
- Identify and improve internal processes to drive reduction in inventory discrepancies.
- Recognize deviations from standard procedure.
- Assist with root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and/or support the development of departmental SOPs.
- Maintain effectiveness of the Quality System.
- Assist with material receiving as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Prior computerized inventory management system/MRP experience preferred.
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) preferred.
- Prior cGMP experience preferred.
- Prior Microsoft Excel and Word experience preferred.
Individual must be able to see, hear, read, and write clear English. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and reading of written documents and use of a computer monitor screen; reaching with hands and arms; talking, writing, listening; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, carrying, and grasping. Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
