GLOVIS ALABAMA LLC is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead daily production activities at the Montgomery site. You will guide staff, organize tasks, and coordinate training to meet KPI targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.
You will identify issues, drive root-cause analysis with the team, and implement improvements to minimize downtime and waste, including collaboration with the Quality Department and vendors where needed.
