Mac Lean Power Systems is hiring for Production Assembly in Bessemer, AL on 2nd Shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-5:30am; Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm), starting at $18/hour. Join a team focused on quality and safety.
You will assemble components with hand and power tools, read blueprints, inspect work, and keep a clean, safe workspace while helping the line stay on track. We value teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment with overtime when needed.
