Openings Available Day Shift (Monday - Friday 6:00am-4:30pm)2nd Shift (Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-5:30am)Royal Switchgear (a Mac Lean Power Systems Company) is looking for someone who loves machines, precision, and getting things done right the first time. If you enjoy hands‑on work and keeping production running strong—this is your lane.
Your Day-to-Day- Get machines up and running like a pro
- Monitor production and keep quality on point
- Read blueprints and dial in settings for perfect results
- Team up to keep operations moving with zero slowdowns
- 1+ year of machine operator experience
- Blueprint-reading skills (you know your way around specs)
- Detail-oriented mindset—accuracy matters
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Hands‑on work (no boring desk job here)
- Strong team environment
