Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center.

• Deliver compassionate care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families.
• Work as part of a team in a positive, fast‑paced environment.
• Provide care that addresses multiple co‑morbidities and leverages nursing skills.

• No dialysis experience required.
• Training may be conducted at a facility or clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Floating to various facilities during and after training.
• Flexible schedule required: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if required by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body prior to operating the water treatment system.
• Preferred or required BONENT or CHT certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita computer systems within 90 days of hire.
