Registered Nurse with a passion for patient‑centered care is invited to join Adoration Home Health in Rainsville, AL. The role offers a supportive environment with flexible scheduling, team support, and opportunities for growth.

Office:
Rainsville. Coverage area:
Jackson County – Bryant, Higdon, Flat Rock, Ider, Bridgeport, Stevenson. Full‑time Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. On‑call: one day per week plus every 5th Saturday/Sunday rotation.

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home‑health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patients’ families and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required by the local branch

• Registered Nursing degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited nursing college
• Current unrestricted nursing license in the state of practice and state of residence
• One year of nursing practice in a patient‑care setting required; home health, geriatrics, or related setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy
• Current CPR certification
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
