Oaks on Parkwood - Highlands is seeking a registered nurse to oversee daily nursing activities in a skilled nursing facility. The role includes coordinating care plans, supervising LPNs, MACs and CNAs, and ensuring adherence to physician orders and facility policies.
The RN will collaborate with physicians and staff, conduct rounds with physicians as needed, and participate in medication administration audits and documentation. Strong decision-making and computer skills are required.
