Farrelleys Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support leadership at our refined, guest-focused dining establishment in Hoover. We pride ourselves on elevated cuisine, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who leads with intention, values excellence, and understands that exceptional service is built through strong teams and consistent standards.

The Assistant Manager will help lead a team committed to:

• Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing service professionals
• Delivering exceptional, detail-driven guest experiences
• Maintaining a polished, clean, and safe dining environment
• Upholding all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Supporting revenue growth through service excellence and operational discipline
• Meeting or exceeding financial, labor, and cost controls

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fine‑dining or upscale full‑service restaurant
• 21 years of age or older
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working in a professional kitchen and service environment
