• Set up and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Attend training and education sessions as required.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday.

• Stand/walk for 100% of the workday.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Push and pull bus and tray carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, reach, and balance frequently.
• Perform sweeping/mopping functions with ease.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, industrial cleaning chemicals, and hot water.
