Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store
• Promote and sell our products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

You Are

• As a Sales Advisor, you are passionate about fashion and what we create in-store
• Motivated by giving customers a great experience
• Communicative, creative and curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment applicable to your role
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries
