Member Frontline Services Associate at Sam’s Club provides excellent member service, maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas, resolves member issues, promotes products, and supports store operations. Works with self‑service technology, processes transactions, and assists with training new associates.

• Provide member service and support, including resolving member issues and guiding them in using self‑service technology.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, perform safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Arrange and organize merchandise, zone areas, and identify shrink or damages.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and transporting items.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; execute emergency response procedures.
• Execute security procedures, observe possible criminal activity, and safeguard store assets.
• Train and mentor Member Frontline Services associates on processes, technology, and new programs.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and improve operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

• Experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Knowledge of Sam’s Club membership programs.
