Our members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of hardworking and helpful fresh food associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli team member, you will keep shelves stocked and ensure the freezers and coolers maintain sanitary conditions and proper temperatures. In the deli department, you will provide front‑line customer service to create a great shopping experience.

• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Follow Company policies related to the freezer/cooler area, including food handling, equipment maintenance, and cold chain procedures.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
