Position: Advisor Endzone & Loyalty (Front End)
Dick's Sporting Goods -  - Responsibilities:
Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service;
Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment);
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities;
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect;
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
