Position Overview

Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) at Pandora – Riverchase Galleria. The role involves delivering world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and supporting store operations during peak hours.

• Deliver exceptional fan experience and meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style their jewellery.
• Create memorable shopping moments and build brand loyalty.
• Engage proactively with customers, fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic periods such as promotions, product launches, and special events.
• Assist with general store operations and other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller, capable of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skill in charming and captivating an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Flexible availability, capable of working from 4 hours/month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours/week during peak seasons.
• Reliable support, stepping in during high‑traffic times or when additional coverage is needed.
