Sales Trainee Program Overview
Our 12‑month Sales Trainee Program (STP) offers early‑career professionals a pathway to accelerate a career in sales through guided development, on‑the‑job learning, workshops, mentorship, and exposure to multiple business areas.

- Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe client interactions, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.

Upon successful completion, graduates will transition into a sales destination role, chosen based on individual preference and business needs.
Responsibilities- Support the sales team with project planning, prospecting for new leads, and handling customer inquiries.
- Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for closing deals.
- Coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Interact with customers to understand needs, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
- Capture customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Continuously learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or 1–3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong desire to work in a sales‑focused role and to learn about our products, services, and sales technologies.
- Self‑motivated with a track record of driving results.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Previous professional experience or internships in sales is preferred.
