Our U.S. Commercial team plays a key role in expanding access to these innovative treatments and building strong partnerships with healthcare providers across the country.

Would You Be a Great Product Specialist?

As a Product Specialist, you will oversee sales activities in the Northeast U.S., driving sales targets, strategic plans, and market penetration for our life‑saving products. Reporting to the VP of U.S. Commercial Operations, you will collaborate with a growing team of industry leaders to drive U.S. operations and initiatives in alignment with Kamada’s vision. For optimal access to major airports within the territory, the ideal candidate will reside in the New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, or Jersey area.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in building relationships, communicates scientific information with confidence, and effectively engages healthcare professionals (HCPs), including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other clinical decision‑makers.

Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You

If you are energized by developing strong clinical relationships, influencing treatment decisions, and driving product adoption in a field‑based role, this opportunity offers a meaningful way to contribute to patient care. You will operate in a dynamic environment that values ownership, strategic thinking, and execution, while partnering with a highly experienced commercial team.

Why Work with Kamada Inc.?

Joining Kamada means being part of a mission‑driven organization where every role contributes to improving patient outcomes. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations, sharing field insights that directly inform strategy, messaging, and market execution. This role offers a high level of autonomy, collaboration, and impact.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, KOLs, and decision‑makers across hospitals, transplant centers, and specialty clinics.
  • Engage in clinically focused discussions with HCPs to communicate complex scientific and product information clearly and effectively.
  • Influence treatment protocols and product adoption within transplant and infectious disease markets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, account analysis, and market insights.
  • Manage key accounts, including executives, clinical leaders, and pharmacy stakeholders, to support product access and utilization.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to share insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and relevant clinical developments.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Support product launches and strategic initiatives across the territory.
  • Participate in internal training, national meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Contribute to educational programs and provide feedback to support marketing and commercial strategies.

  • 5–10 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical sales experience.
  • Proven success in hospital‑based selling, preferably within transplant, infectious disease, or specialty therapeutics.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clinical and scientific data to diverse healthcare audiences.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and key decision‑makers.
  • Experience managing large territories and complex account landscapes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven sales planning.
