Retail Sales Consultant

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
• Engage with customers via in‑store events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work scheduled shifts from 9 am to 9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment and remain flexible to keep current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Utilize AT&T’s product suite to meet sales targets and earn commission.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No prior sales experience: training and coaching will be provided so you can meet and exceed your goals.

Retail Sales Consultant earnings range from $40,000 to $63,000, inclusive of hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Salary depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
