Regional Sales Manager – Orthopedic Surgical Technology (AL / North Florida Territory)

My client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the adoption of advanced orthopedic surgical navigation technology used in hip and knee replacement procedures across Alabama and North Florida.

• Territory ownership across AL + North Florida (hospital + ASC focus)
• Surgeon-facing role with direct OR involvement
• High-growth orthopedic technology aligned with ASC expansion
• Build and manage relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and distributors
• Blend of new business development and account expansion
• 1–2+ years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics preferred)
• OR experience required or strongly preferred
• Background in joint replacement, trauma, or implant sales
• Comfortable with heavy travel and autonomous field work
• Competitive, high-energy, relationship-driven sellers
• OTE: $155,000+ (uncapped)
• Top performers: $175,000–$190,000+
• Quarterly bonus structure + year-end incentive
• Car and phone stipends included
