Outside Sales Representative

• Manage and grow a sales territory
• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Use warm, pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business
• Meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs
• Diagnose and educate homeowners about issues in their homes
• Provide customized foundation repair and water management solution options
• Estimate repairs and provide generated job proposals
• Close sales with customers in the home
• Maintain customer relationships while tracking the sales lead pipeline
• Report to the home branch for sales team initiatives and meetings
• Participate in self-generation activities including Clover, trade shows, lunch and learns, and networking

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer satisfaction
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
• Experience in a commission, B2C, or in-home sales environment is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus
• Ability to travel within the sales territory
• Ability to conduct in-home inspections, diagnose home issues, estimate repairs, and present proposals
• Ability to work in a consultative, in-home sales role
• Must be eligible for a full-time W-2 position

Demonstrates strong capabilities in managing sales territories, conducting in-home inspections, and providing customized solutions for homeowners. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships while effectively closing sales and tracking leads.
