Long Lewis of Hoover is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Manager Assistant
. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our Sales Management Team, assisting with tasks like data entry, generating reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Sales Department.

While previous sales experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is focused, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Management Team with administrative duties, including data entry and report generation.

Maintain and organize sales documentation and records.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication within the sales process.

Provide general administrative support to help meet departmental goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.

Dependable and proactive, with a positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license.

Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
