Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and company policy;
Document all stages of investigations and maintain records for apprehensions, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Support store leadership in safety topics and incident investigations; assist with asset protection audits as needed;
Travel to stores as necessary to support investigations and attendance at court hearings when required
