Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites;
Participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy;
Develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and customer needs;
Keep Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers advised of job progress and issues;
Meet attendance requirements for Union training in the first year
