Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems according to established maintenance schedules.
* Inspect equipment for signs of wear, damage, or potential failure and report findings to supervision.
* Lubricate, adjust, clean, and replace components as required.
* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Complete maintenance work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
* Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
* Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
* Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
* Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain housekeeping standards in maintenance areas and throughout the facility.
* Coordinate with production personnel to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
* Support emergency repairs and breakdown response as needed.## Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
* Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
* Basic computer skills and ability to document maintenance activities in maintenance management systems.## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.
