The University of Alabama in Huntsville maintains and operates HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems for its residential housing facilities. The Maintenance Technician II will also assist with moving furniture and preparing units for move‑in, ensuring work areas are safe and organized.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of verifiable facility maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
