EMCOR Group in Alabama is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform PMs, diagnose and repair commercial and industrial equipment. You will work independently and as part of the facilities team, following a flow-to-work approach with a strong ownership mindset.
The role requires safety discipline, hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems, plus ability to document work in CMMS, manage parts and coordinate with customers and subcontractors.
