This full-time role offers competitive flat rate pay of $20–$45 per hour, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid in installments over time, and the opportunity to take your career on the road while working within a supportive, high-performing team environment.

• Travel to customer locations (homes/worksites) in a fully equipped company vehicle
• Diagnose and perform on‑site repairs or maintenance services
• Advise customers on next steps for more complex issues, if needed
• Work on a wide range of makes and models
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Represent the Long‑Lewis brand with pride and excellence

• 1+ year of experience in dealership or high‑volume repair facilities
• Strong knowledge of various makes and models with solid diagnostic ability
• ASE Certification preferred
• Ford and/or Lincoln FSA Certifications are a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary automotive training is a plus
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and communicate effectively
• Professional appearance, customer‑first mindset, and a strong work ethic
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of an on‑site, hands‑on role

• $20–$45 per hour (Flat Rate), based on experience and certifications
