What You'll Do
As a member of our Travel Team, you'll play a vital role in keeping critical facilities operating at peak performance. You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install advanced commercial HVAC equipment while working alongside some of the industry's most skilled professionals.
You'll work with:
Large commercial chillers
Compressors and pumps
Rooftop units
Cooling and mechanical systems
Building automation systems and controls
Advanced diagnostic tools, including vibration analysis and laser alignment technology
Beyond the equipment, you'll become a trusted expert customers rely on when performance and uptime matter most.

What Your Day Could Look Like
You’ll put your skills to work on advanced commercial HVAC systems, handling everything from troubleshooting and repairs to full system installations.
You’ll work with a wide range of equipment, including chillers, compressors, pumps, rooftop units, and building automation systems—using modern tools like laser alignment and vibration analysis to get the job done right.
Beyond the tools, you’ll serve as a trusted expert to customers—diagnosing issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring their systems run efficiently and reliably.
You’ll also collaborate with a strong team of professionals, sharing knowledge, supporting apprentices, and continuing to grow your own expertise.

Travel to customer sites across North America, tackling complex HVAC challenges in mission-critical environments. You'll perform diagnostics, repairs, start-ups, and installations on commercial equipment while serving as a trusted technical resource for customers.
