Senior Staff Engineer – DevOps Integration & Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple team leads and driving execution of diverse technical efforts
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure collaboration, quality, and timely delivery
• Establishing scalable processes and promoting best practices
• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and reliability
• Creating system models and test architecture for thorough software testing
• Managing requirements traceability through integration and test phases
• Collaborating with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues
• Overseeing test execution including functional, performance, and regression testing
• Mentoring and coaching test engineers and cross‑functional members
• Leading communication with stakeholders and reporting on test status and mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 14 years’ experience; 12 years’ experience with a Masters’ degree in STEM; or 10 years’ experience with a PhD.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance.
• 5 years of proven leadership experience leading distributed teams and coordinating across multiple projects and technical domains.
• 5 years of experience with software testing methodologies, test planning, systems integration, and verification techniques.
• 5 years of experience with Agile development frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and interfacing with customers and partner organizations.
• DoD Secret clearance.
