Pipeline HDD Laborers - Hope Mills, NC

Cinterra is seeking HDD Laborers to join their team in Hope Mills, North Carolina. These individuals will support pipeline construction projects by performing a variety of physical labor tasks, including site preparation, trench digging, and equipment handling. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically fit, and eager to contribute to the installation of critical infrastructure.

• High school diploma or equivalent degree (required)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Willingness and ability to obtain Class A CDL License with tanker endorsement within 6 months (required)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more)
• Physical endurance for bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Agility and flexibility to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity, good balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination

• Knowledge of directional drilling techniques and standards, has limited experience (preferred)
