About The Role

Carolina Quick Care is hiring a full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our Fayetteville clinic located in one of North Carolina’s largest cities and home to Fort Liberty, serving a diverse and active patient population.

3×12‑hour shifts per week, $55‑$70 per hour ($103,000‑$131,000 annually), no on‑call duties, and a Top 10 benefits package recognized nationally among private urgent care organizations. You will be the primary provider on‑site, managing acute and episodic care independently in a fast‑paced urgent care setting. Your duties include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients presenting with acute and episodic conditions; performing common urgent‑care procedures such as laceration repair, abscess drainage, splinting, wound care, and DOT physicals; ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic testing, including in‑house labs and imaging; prescribing medications and providing patient education on treatment plans, follow‑up care, and preventive health;

documenting encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record; and collaborating with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and a strong patient experience.

Average patient volume of 3–4 patients per hour supports thorough evaluation, quality care, and complete documentation. Clinical leadership and network resources are accessible from the start, and the clinic is fully equipped with on‑site diagnostics and Experity EMR. Established workflows and clinical protocols support efficient, high‑quality care delivery.

Hourly rate of $55‑$70 based on experience, credentials, and clinic location. Annual equivalent of approximately $103,000‑$131,000. Productivity incentives are available above base compensation. Signing and relocation bonuses may be offered based on clinic location and operational need.

• Licensed FNP‑C or PA‑C in North Carolina, or eligible for licensure
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
