Building Principal and Superintendent of Schools

• Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Arkansas State Certification (middle/secondary ELA)

• Provide high-quality instruction in English Language Arts for students in grades 7–8, aligned with Arkansas teaching and learning standards and district curriculum expectations.
• Design and implement instructional plans that strengthen students’ reading, comprehension, grammar, and writing skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Establish and maintain clear expectations for student behavior to ensure a safe, orderly, and engaging learning environment.
• Use data to guide instruction and provide targeted support for student growth.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student progress and achievement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and curriculum development opportunities.
• Maintain positive, collaborative, and professional working relationships with colleagues.
