Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area is required. Candidates must have knowledge of mathematical and electrical theory, regulatory requirements and industry practices pertaining to public power, as well as computer skills at a level needed to accomplish the job. Preferred qualifications include strong problem‑solving ability and familiarity with applicable codes.
